Luc Rooijakkers new customer support employee
As of May 1, Luc Rooijakkers is employed as customer support engineer. Luc recently graduated from the HAS in 's-Hertogenbosch in the direction of Management & Agribusiness. He cannot wait to develop himself further and to realize his growth ambitions at Fancom.
Luc is no stranger to Fancom. As part of his studies at the HAS, he did an internship at the Fancom sales department and recently he graduated at Fancom in collaboration with HAS Knowledge Transfer. He developed a model to measure customer satisfaction on a regualr basis. In his new position his first demand will be to get familiair with the comprehensive product range of Fancom. Then he will start to specialize in Fancom’s data management applications, because this fits perfectly to his former education of IT / network administrator.
Luc about his new challenge: "I have enjoyed working at Fancom during my studies and I actually feel totally at home. I hope that my work as a new Customer Support Engineer will have a positive contribution to the customer satisfaction."
