Participation to Fancom training useful
On April 20 Peter Halman, Technical Employee at Fancom’s distributor Agrotechniek BV, participated in the FarmManager user training. We asked Peter about his experiences.
"Of course I know the Fancom FarmManager program, but you always have the idea that there is more to know. So I wondered if I could learn some more”.
In the course, all functionalities of the FarmManager program are explained step by step. We made use of a simulated house environment with different Fancom controllers connected to the FarmManager program. Each participant managed his ‘own house’ using the iPad for remote control and the FarmManager software on the laptop.
“What struck me most was the dialogue between the participants. These users already had experience with FarmManager and asked questions about specific actions that they face during everyday use. Course leader Ed Gubbels took enough time to deal with specific questions. Precisely these practical experiences were very enlightening for me because it's always good to hear what is happening in practice. I found that my participation certainly made sense and in my opinion these user trainings are highly recommended for all users”.
